2. Confidentiality and Use of Your Videos

We place the utmost importance on the confidentiality of your creations.

• Single Use: The videos you upload are used **only** for the purpose of analyzing the content and generating the requested sound effects.
• Total Confidentiality: Your video content remains strictly confidential. We do not view, share, distribute, or claim any rights over the videos you upload to our platform.
• No Reuse: We commit to never reusing your video content for any other purpose, whether for training AI models, for advertising, or for any other use not requested by you.
• Temporary Storage: Your video files are stored temporarily and securely on our servers (via Google Cloud Storage) only for the time necessary for the AI analysis. They are automatically deleted from our servers once the analysis is complete.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence

• Our service relies on advanced artificial intelligence technologies (including Google Gemini and ElevenLabs) to analyze videos and generate sound effects.
• While we strive to provide relevant and high-quality suggestions, the results generated by an AI can sometimes be unpredictable.
• You are responsible for the final use of the generated sound effects and their suitability for your project.

4. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the video you upload.
• Generated Content: You are free to use the sound effects generated by the service for your personal or commercial projects, subject to the terms of use of the underlying AI technologies.

5. Acceptance of Terms
